What to expect

  • You will advise our Chinese clients on all aspects related to the expansion and strategic management of local European teams
  • You will develop HR management solutions and organizational structures according to the needs of our clients
  • You will be responsible for the analysis of KPI-based evaluations and implement appropriate measures together with our clients
  • You will implement the client’s recruitment concept, such as adapting job descriptions, selecting recruitment channels, planning and executing the recruitment process
  • You will identify relevant applicant profiles and carry out the direct approach and initial contact with potential candidates
  • You will be responsible for managing the onboarding and offboarding process
  • You will be responsible for communication with the client’s internal HR team in China and support the client’s employees in their departure to Europe

What to bring

  • You have a completed university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), preferably with a focus on human resources
  • Professional experience in human resources is an advantage
  • You have a high level of communication skills and the ability to learn. Analytical thinking as well as working independently are a matter of course for you
  • A solution-oriented approach, structure and a certain service orientation complement your profile
  • Strong communication skills in German and a good command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
