In 2022, we supported a Chinese manufacturer of smart home devices in inspecting the internal control system of its subsidiary. As consultants hired by the Chinese parent company, we conducted 15 interviews with the core management team together with the auditing company, analyzed the processes in the purchasing, sales, finance, marketing as well as human resources management departments, and thus enabled the parent company to gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the subsidiary’s problems.<\/p>\n

Due diligence for a Chinese manufacturer of solar equipment<\/h2>\n

Due to the energy crisis, the demand for solar systems is growing. Therefore, we conducted market research in Germany for a Chinese manufacturer in 2022. We researched the entire German installation project for our client, especially in terms of market breakdown, current difficulties, development trends, product selection, qualification requirements, data, etc. Part of our offer was also strategic consulting for the company to expand its business in Germany.<\/p>\n
